How much will you pay me for my house?

I wish there was a magic number, but every house is unique. We do our best to keep expenses low so you can get the most for your property. Our offer depends on a number of details, like location, size, condition, finishes, etc. Our offer is based on how much houses like yours are selling for and how much it would take to renovate your house and make it worth the same value as those being compared.

How fast can you close?

The fastest that we can close would be 7-10 days. Alternatively, we can close in 7-10 months if that’s better for you. We close on your timeline, as soon or as long as you want.

What fees do you charge?

No fees. We cut out all the middle people to keep our offer as high as we can. The number that we offer is what you will get.

I inherited the house from my uncle. He built an addition on top of the garage with a kitchen and bathroom without telling the town. Is that a problem?

That’s no problem for us, but can be a MAJOR problem with the town. We buy all sorts of properties in all conditions. We will take care of the legal stuff.

Do you buy houses with tenants?

We have a lot of things that we don’t want to take with us. Can I leave everything there or do I need to clean up?

Yes, leave anything and everything that you don’t want. We will take care of the clean-up.

There’s a leak in my roof. Do I have to fix that before I sell my house?

No. You don’t have to make any repairs and can walk away, worry free.

Aren’t you a flipper who gives low ball offers?

We are investors who use different outcomes depending on the situation. We sell and rent out our properties.
